You will be able to help people you support to live the individual life they want, ensuring they have choice and control over the planning and delivery of their support. You will enable them to reach their potential by providing both physical and emotional support along with encouraging them to develop positive relationships and to be an equal and valued member of their local community.
You will be joining a dedicated team of experienced Support Workers, in a residential home in the Glasgow area supporting three famales. On a typical day you will promote independence and guidance with life skills such as: personal care, medication administration, daily activites, meal preparation and domestic duties including weekly shopping.
You will be encouraging and supporting individuals to achieve their life goals in a happy and safe environment.
