Mencap are seeking two Support Workers to join our incredible team in Redruth. We have a 16 hour and 25 hour contract available.
As a Support Worker, you’ll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of individuals with learning disabilities.
From assisting with daily activities to providing emotional support, you’ll play a vital role in their life.
You will be supporting one older gentleman in his own home. Daily activities can include, going out for a drive, completing shopping, going for walks, helping the person we support bake at home, or have a relaxing day!

What we’re looking for:

  • A genuine passion for supporting others.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build meaningful relationships.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • A positive and empathetic attitude towards individuals with learning disabilities.

Contract options:
Part time 25 hour contract & 16 hour contract
Shift times:
Days: Between 07:30/08:30 until 21:30/22:30, Split shifts also available finishing at 16:00, or starting at 16:00
