THE ROLE

• Provide safe, person centred care and support
• Support the residents with accessing the community to do things like dancing, swimming, going to the cinema/theatre, going out for meals etc.
• Promote independent living skills such as personal care, medication, shopping, cooking, keeping their home clean
• Help make a residents hopes and wishes a reality
