Mencap is seeking passionate Support Workers to join our incredible team in Skelmersdale.
As a Support Worker, you’ll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of individuals with learning disabilities. You will be working with a diverse group of people, each with their own unique abilities and needs. From assisting with daily activities to providing emotional support, you’ll play a vital role in their life.
Our service is home to individuals who require support with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, mental health needs, and communication difficulties. We need Support Workers to provide the physical and emotional support that our people we support need every day. This includes assistance with personal care, medication, finances, activities and everything else to help them achieve their goals and aspirations.

All our services are 24hr care. We prepare the rotas 3 months in advance so you can still plan your personal and social life!
2 x Sleep ins required per weekMust be flexible to cover weekends on a rota basis
