• GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:

• Experience with children: 2 years (preferred)

Language:

• English (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

• Driving Licence (required)

Work Location: In perso

• Providing day-to-day support for young adults, including emotional, social, and practical assistance.
• Assisting with personal development plans to help service users achieve their goals.
• Managing challenging situations using MAPA techniques to ensure safety and well-being.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive support.
• Monitoring and reporting on progress to ensure the young person’s needs are met effectively.
