Location: Warrington WA2
Job Type: Permanent. Part-time
We are seeking an enthusiastic and caring support worker to join a dedicated family team supporting our 13-year-old client. He lives at home with his mum, dad, and brother and requires 1:1 support to access fun, therapeutic, and meaningful activities. This role involves supporting him after school and at weekends and may include joining the family on holidays within the UK and possibly abroad.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be 21+ (for insurance purposes)
• Full UK driving licence – car provided during shifts (automatic)
• Experience supporting children with physical and learning disabilities, including mobility, visual, and developmental needs.
• Confident in a busy family environment
• Outgoing, active, and playful personality
• Willing to build rapport gradually and adapt to the client’s emotional needs
• Willing to join family on holidays UK-based and possibly abroad.
