ABOUT YOU

We are looking for experienced support workers with a great attitude, reliability and genuine care for others.

You’ll also bring:

• Cert 3 Individual Support or similar relevant qualification

You’ll support people to live independently and safely in their own homes and communities. This hands-on role involves helping with daily tasks, personal care, and building meaningful connections - guided by care plans and supported by a great team.

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting with household tasks like cleaning, laundry, and meal prep
• Supporting with personal care (e.g. showering, dressing)
• Helping with medication, mobility, or rehab exercises (as needed and with training)
• Encourage community connection and personal goal achievement
• Communicate changes or concerns to coordinators
• Build respectful, professional relationships with clients

We are looking for support in the following areas: Morphett Vale, Christies Beach, Sturt, Unley, Marion, Park Holme, Woodcroft and surrounds.
