Are you the exceptional person we are looking for?
Do you have the passion and commitment to support and enable people with very complex needs to live in their own homes?
Have you worked in mental health services? Do you have experience working with people on the autistic spectrum, people with personality disorders, learning disabilities, ADHD, or other complex needs such as Pathological Demand Avoidance?
Do you have skills that would enhance our team?
The role involves supporting individuals with all aspects of their daily lives to help them achieve personal goals and independence within the local community.
SPINC has a unique approach to developing and encouraging all members of the team to exercise their skills within the health and social care sector to encourage staff to participate in training, team meetings, and involvement in developing strong systems to support individuals.
