Overview We have an opportunity available for a Supported Living Support Worker to join the team at Lincolnshire Community Supported Living - Bourne based in Lincolnshire, PE10 9HU. As a Support Worker in Supported Living you'll be supporting adults on a person-centered basis to live independently, helping them move towards independent accommodation. From medication assistance to accessing the community and domestic tasks, your days will be varied, and no two days will be the same.
