£73.89 per sleep in shift plus: 45p per mile and travel time paid.

SUPPORT WORKER DUTIES INCLUDE:

• Supporting people to meet their personal care and eating and drinking needs.
• Supporting people to arrange health appointments, attend health appointments and to administer medication.
• Supporting people with everyday tasks such as cleaning, shopping, food preparation, cooking and budgeting.
• Supporting people to meet up with friends and family and maintain relationships.
• Supporting people to pursue leisure activities in their local area.

JOB ROLE REQUIREMENTS

• No previous experience is necessary as full training and induction will be given.
• A car that you can use for work.
• To be able to work a range of hours/shifts that will include daytimes, afternoons, evenings, weekends and sleep in shifts. Hours of work are provided via a rota at least two weeks in advance.
• Candidates must be willing to work in Rugby and surrounding areas.
