Multiple hiring: Needing male and female Support Workers
Adon care Professionals is currently seeking casual female support worker to support female participant to achieve individual goals to maintain a quality lifestyle. This support can take place in a person’s home or within their community including but not limited to support with cleaning and maintaining their home, personal care, meal assistance, community access, recreation, communication and education.

SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND REQUIREMENTS

· Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Disability, or Community Services.
· Understanding of NDIS principles, participant rights, and choice and control.
· Current First Aid and CPR certification.
· Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain).
· Current Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain).
· Valid police check.
· Valid driver’s licence, reliable vehicle, and CTP insurance.
· COVID-19 vaccinations as per public health orders.
Those with a certificate or experience supporting people with a disability are highly regarded.

  1. Ensure clients are supported to maintain choice and control of their goals and follow individual support plans
  2. Personal Care Support, Community Participation & Social Support, Domestic Assistance, Transport Assistance, Capacity Building, Behavioural Support and Compliance and Safety
  3. Maintain a record of duties undertaken
    Ensure privacy and confidentiality principles are always maintained
    Have a proactive and positive approach in supporting clients
    Abide by organisation and NDIS Code of conduct
