As a registered NDIS provider, New Horizons specialise in supporting people with disability, mental health concerns, those who are aged, people at risk of homelessness, humanitarian entrants, youth, and Indigenous Australians.
You will be the first point of contact for NDIS participants, families and Support Coordinators who are seeking information about New Horizons or who have chosen us to provide services for them under an NDIS plan.
Based in Taree, casual Support Worker role working Monday to Sunday, providing the highest quality in high needs / complex care Mental Health & Disability services to the community.
