What You’ll Do As a Support Worker, you’ll work alongside Case Managers to support children and families, helping them build healthy relationships and strong foundations. Be a positive influence by building relationships and advocating for kids and their families. What You Need A high school diploma or equivalent or an Associate degree in Human Services. 2 Years previous work experience with children and families A willingness to learn—we’ll teach you the rest!
