Description ****Average hourly rate is $18.84 (including wage, incentives, bonuses, overtime, shift differential, etc.)**** **** Bilingual candidates preferred**** ****The selected candidate must live in the state of Kansas.**** POSITION PURPOSE Supports staff in the Family Preservation Program to enhance child and family well-being through resource coordination and direct family support. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Provide daily support to families and connect them with essential community resources. Collaborate with case managers and therapists to meet family goals. Coach families on parenting, budgeting, and life skills through hands-on support. Maintain accurate case records and prepare reports as required. Transport clients as needed and provide emergency support. QUALIFICATIONS Education: High School diploma/GED required. Experience: 2+ years in family-based services.
