KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Provide daily support to families and connect them with essential community resources. Collaborate with case managers and therapists to meet family goals. Coach families on parenting, budgeting, and life skills through hands-on support. Maintain accurate case records and prepare reports as required. Transport clients as needed and provide emergency support. QUALIFICATIONS Education: High School diploma/GED required. Experience: 2+ years in family-based services.
