Job Location: Wellington, KS What You’ll Do: As a Support Worker, you’ll work alongside Case Managers to support children and families, helping them build healthy relationships and strong foundations. You’ll: Teach life skills like handling emotions, healthy communication, and conflict resolution. Help connect families to resources and create plans to improve their lives. Be a positive influence by building relationships and advocating for kids and their families. What You Need A high school diploma or equivalent or an Associate degree in Human Services. 2 Years previous work experience with children and families A willingness to learn—we’ll teach you the rest!
