Pay rates start at £12.27 an hour with weekends, evenings, and nights paid at a higher hourly rate. We also pay Non-Customer Contact Time between consecutive sessions of support which are less than 2 hours, and double pay on Bank Holidays.
Contract: This is a permanent role with a contract
Shift patterns: We offer shift patterns such as 7am-3pm or 3pm-10pm. To make it fair for all staff we do require a degree of flexibility with shift patterns to meet the requirements of the people we care for. Weekend shifts are allocated based on a rota system or support worker preference, if they prefer weekend or evening work around other commitments.
Requirement to work weekends. There will be an expectation to undertake sleepovers as part of the rota and these are paid at £80.19 per shift. We can be flexible on hours for example – a block of shifts to cover contract or set hours each day on a 4 week rotation.
Hours: We currently offer part time, full time or casual working hours.

• Support is provided within Supported Living services in the areas of Thirsk, Northallerton and Stokesley.
• Community support is provided which may include personal care, shopping, social events and 1:1 support with individuals to access local day services
