The CARE Group & Co. is a growing NDIS provider dedicated to empowering individuals with disabilities to live with dignity, independence, and choice. We are seeking passionate and reliable Disability Support Workers to join our team.

About the Role

• Sleepover Shifts: Must be available Monday–Sunday at Emerald Beach, which include active support hours before and after the sleepover
• Community Support Shifts: Across Coffs Harbour, Bellingen & Macksville
• Immediate Start – flexible rosters available

As a Support Worker, you will provide individualised assistance in line with participants’ support plans, including personal care, community access, household tasks, skill development, and social engagement. You’ll be at the heart of making a real difference in people’s lives.

What We’re Looking For

• Availability for sleepover shifts and flexibility for community shifts
• Experience in disability support (minimum 6 months preferred)
• Empathy, patience, and strong communication skills
• Ability to build trusting relationships and work collaboratively

Qualifications & Requirements

• Current NDIS Worker Screening Check and WWCC (if required)
• First Aid & CPR Certificate
• Driver’s Licence and reliable, insured vehicle
• Smartphone and ability to use basic apps/systems
• Certificate III in Individual Support, Disability, Community Services or similar (desirable, but not essential with relevant experience)
