We are seeking an individual who is passionate about enhancing the lives of others, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be organised, punctual, friendly, reliable and genuinely caring towards clients.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Certificate III or higher in Individual Support (Ageing, Home and Community)
• Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
• National Police Clearance Certificate
• Current Australian Driver’s Licence
• Registered vehicle with comprehensive car insurance
• Smartphone

As a Support Worker/Carer in Lathlain, WA you will be responsible for assisting clients with various daily activities, including showers, dressing, grooming, toileting, medication monitoring, shopping, meal preparation, housekeeping, respite care, social support, and transportation to appointments.
