We are looking for a Support Worker to work at Harnall Lifehouse. Harnall Lifehouse is a 80 bedded Lifehouse for homeless males and females with Complex Needs over the age of 25.
At Harnall Lifehouse we have a full programme for our clients which Support Workers are involved in. Ideally, we would be looking for someone with Support Worker experience working with homeless people. Have a relevant qualification to diploma level.
Overall Purpose of the Role; The role of Support Worker with The Salvation Army is an inspirational one and key to achieving successful outcomes for our vulnerable clients. As a motivated and dynamic Support Worker you will be responsible for developing and delivering a high-quality programme of support which promotes client choice and control. You will address client support needs, enable them to achieve positive life changes and ultimately empower them to lead more sustainable lifestyles.
