Support Worker – Biggleswade

Location: Bensons Court, Chapel Fields, Biggleswade, Bedfordshire, SG18 0FW

Pay: £14.43 per hour

About the role

Trident Healthcare Solutions are currently recruiting Support Workers to work at a care service in Biggleswade, Bedfordshire.

We are looking for compassionate, reliable and dedicated Support Workers who are committed to providing high-quality, person-centred support.

Key responsibilities

• Provide person-centred care and support to individuals.
• Support residents with their daily routines and activities.
• Promote independence, dignity and choice.
• Assist with personal care where required.
• Build positive and professional relationships with residents.
• Follow individual care and support plans.
• Maintain accurate records and follow safeguarding procedures.
• Work effectively with colleagues and other professionals.

Requirements

• Previous experience in care or support work is desirable.
• A caring, patient and professional approach.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable and able to work flexibly.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Right to work in the UK.
• DBS and relevant training, or willingness to complete the required checks.
