We are seeking dedicated Support Worker to join our team. As a Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in assisting Young People and Adults with their daily living activities and promoting their independence. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of others.

REQUIREMENTS

  • At least 1 year’s previous experience as a Support Worker or in a similar role is required
  • Compassion, empathy, and a genuine desire to support others
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care is preferred
    Benefits: Casual dress, company events, company pension
    Pay: £13.00 - £13.50 per hour, dependent on qualifications
    12-hour shifts, days and waking nights
    Experience: Residential care 1 year (required)
    Qualifications: Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care (Desirable)
Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide one-on-one support to Young People and Adults with disabilities, specific care needs, learning disabilities, autism, mental health conditions and behaviours that challenge.
  • Assist with daily tasks such as personal care, meal preparation and medication administration.
  • Foster a safe and inclusive environment that promotes physical and emotional wellbeing.
  • Encourage and engage individuals in social and recreational activities.
  • Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any changes in the Young Person or Adults condition.
  • Collaborate with a team of professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support
