We are looking for experienced support workers to support our client, with complex medical needs, living in the Rugby area. We are seeking, energetic, motivated and organised individuals who are proactive and committed to delivering and maintaining the highest quality of care.

WORKING HOURS:

Two nights a week: 22:00-09:15 on a rota basis
We are also looking for bank staff

REQUIREMENTS:

• 2 years minimum experience working in care
• A full driving licence is essential
• Previous experience working with clients who have brain injuries, epilepsy and cerebral palsy
• Experience with PEG feeding and moving and handling
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  All posts are subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure with Adult and Child Workforce Barring
  Full training will be provided.
  An NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care or equivalent is desirable Otherwise, the applicant must be willing to undertake Care Certificate training.
