Description

Are you a passionate and dedicated Support Worker looking for a rewarding role in Crediton? We’re hiring for a permanent, full-time position in our modern semi-independent residential home. This is your chance to make a profound difference in the lives of children and young people (aged 8-16) who are navigating challenging behaviors and Emotional & Behavioural Difficulties (EBD).
We offer a competitive salary of £31,980 - £35,880 (inclusive of sleep-ins) for a 40-hour week. This is more than just a job; it’s an opportunity to build a career in health and social care while creating a safe, supportive, and homely environment for young people.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We’re seeking committed individuals who are ready to start or continue a career in social care. While experience as a Children’s Residential Support Worker is a plus, it’s not essential. We value passion, adaptability, and a genuine desire to help young people thrive.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Full UK Driving Licence: A car is essential for transporting residents.
  • Age 21 or Over: You must be 21 or older to apply for this position.
  • Commutable to Crediton: You must be able to reliably travel to our home in Crediton.
