As a Support Worker your rresponsibilities include: Supporting with budgeting and independent living Advocate and support people to be well and thrive. Attend appointments and connect them with resources that support them in living well and assist them in building resilience. Help people connect with their communities, building the relationships that matter most. Foster positive change for a more positive life. Provide medication support for our people. Provide support with household management. Managing a caseload and all reporting requirements. Whatever it takes - cleaning, cooking, gardening or helping with everyday household tasks. About You | Mōu You must hold the Level 4 New Zealand Certificate in Health and Wellbeing NZCHW (or a recognised equivalent qualification) or currently working towards this.
