This role supports guests in a short-term residential setting and requires you to be fully present and actively engaged throughout the shift. You will support guests to enhance their individual wellbeing by: Providing an empathetic, respectful listening ear Facilitating on-site activities such as mindfulness and sensory modulation Managing medications safely and accurately Maintaining a welcoming, well-presented residence Preparing nutritious meals and ensuring a clean environment Working alongside and welcoming visiting clinical teams You will work from a trauma-informed lens and bring a calm, flexible personality with a can-do attitude. Your ability to remain positive and solution-focused in challenging situations will support optimal outcomes for our guests. You’ll be part of a motivated, wellbeing-focused team and receive coaching and mentoring from a highly experienced Registered Nurse who leads the service.
