As a Support Worker, your responsibilities will include: Advocate and support people to be well and thrive Implementing a recovery-oriented approach in your work Provide medication support and recovery-focused care Help people connect with their communities, building the relationships that matter most Work alongside Registered Health Professionals with a common purpose Manage your caseload with team support Shift Includes: Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday 1:30pm to 10:00pm working 32 hours per week.
