Calling all compassionate and dedicated individuals! Mencap is seeking passionate Support Workers to join our incredible team in Witham. We have permanent full and part time positions available
Our Witham service consists of a mixture of individual flats, shared flats and shared bungalows. We support approximately 24 individuals with varying levels of learning and physical disabilities.
This is an exciting and varied role where no two days are the same. You’ll be delivering high-quality, flexible support to individuals with learning disabilities—helping them live as independently as possible and enjoy fulfilling, meaningful lives.

What we’re looking for:

• A genuine passion for supporting others.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build meaningful relationships.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• A positive and empathetic attitude towards individuals with learning disabilities.

Contract options:

• Full time 37.5 hours per week

. Part time - various hours available
. Relief/bank: zero hour contract
