X 2 Female support workers
16-18 hours per post {this will be discussed at interview. Will start on fewer hours and build up) Flexibility required to suit the needs of the employer.
ROP: £13.73 per hour
Personal Assistants required to support a lady living at home with her parents. She has multiple conditions and needs. She wears a CPAP mask at night. She has a lot of diet requirements on level 5; further information will be given at interview stage.
Someone who has care experience is preferred; full respect of the family and home is very important. The young lady has a very set routine, and this must be stuck to.
This will require shadowing with parents and a steady build up. All training and information will be provided prior to start date.

EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

Experience of supporting adults with disabilities would be beneficial. Moving & Assisting training is required (can be provided by employer).
Successful applicants will have to provide 2 references (one of which must be your current or most recent employer) and undergo a New PVG Disclosure at the employers cost.
Applicants must be flexible regarding hours of work and be able to work extra hours in the event of the employers health deteriorating as she will require extra support. In future, hours may increase and you must also be willing to cover holidays / sickness for other members of staff.
