This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a new team, supporting a young person aged 11-17 in a safe, nurturing, and inspiring environment.

Unqualified: £28,157 plus £50 per sleep-in

  • Shift Pattern: 1 on, 2 off, providing a great work-life balance
  • Annual Leave: 240 hours (30 days)
  • Location: Clacton-on-Se
Responsibilities

THE ROLE

As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in creating a positive and stable home environment, helping the young person develop life skills, build confidence, and work towards their future goals.

  • Salary:

Qualified: £30,764 plus £50 per sleep-in

Unqualified: £28,157 plus £50 per sleep-in

  • Shift Pattern: 1 on, 2 off, providing a great work-life balance
  • Annual Leave: 240 hours (30 days)
  • Location: Clacton-on-Sea

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support the young person with daily routines, education, and activities
  • Encourage independence and help develop essential life skills
  • Build positive relationships and act as a role model
  • Work as part of a team to provide a safe and supportive environment
  • Follow care plans and safeguarding procedures to ensure the highest standards of care
