Shifts varied based on both candidate and client availability.

• Provide personal support to elderly residents in a residential supported living centre, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring the safety and comfort of residents.
• Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals.
• Create and implement care plans tailored to individual residents’ needs.
• Monitor and record vital signs, report any changes or concerns to the appropriate personnel.
• Supervise and support other care staff, providing guidance and leadership.
• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided and resident observations.
