Position: Support Workers – Disability and Complex Support

Location: Brisbane, Logan, Ipswich, North Brisbane

Employment Type: Casual | Part-Time | Full-Time

Pay: Award-based rates under the SCHADS Award, with applicable penalties and allowances

Shifts: Days, evenings, weekends, sleepovers and active nights

About the Role

Care Roots is seeking compassionate, reliable and capable Support Workers to assist people with disability across Brisbane, Logan, Ipswich, North Brisbane.

Our services extend beyond SIL and SDA accommodation. Depending on each participant’s goals and support plan, you may provide assistance at home, in supported accommodation or within the community. This can include personal care, daily living support, community access, appointments, social participation and support for people with complex needs.
