Description Description If you are looking for a part-time position with a flexible schedule doing office/clerical duties, we have a great opportunity! Primary Responsibilities Show units to prospective tenants. Distribute, collect, and review/update applications for prospective tenants. Monitor community. Assist with tenant recertifications. Relay work orders to management and maintenance team. Answer phones, respond to voicemails, respond to emails. Process deposits as directed. Filing. Stamp/code invoices for payment and submit to accounting team. Resident Relations Collaborate with all staff on the team to create a positive customer experience for tenants. Conduct unit tours with prospective residents. POSITION SUMMARY: The Assistant Site Manager is responsible for assisting the Site Managers in performing all duties and functions required for efficient operation their assigned properties. An Assistant Manager acts as the right-hand person to the Site Manager. The primary duties are to greet clients, to present professionally the community. This is a very service- oriented position builds relationships with current residents. People successful in this position: Are flexible. Can work independently and as part of a team. Have the ability to take direction. Are reliable, self-starters. Take responsibility for their position. Wage range $15 - $16.00 per hour We e-Verify!! Requirements Must be able to work 15 hours per week. Must be able to provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States. Must have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and automobile insurance. Must be willing to use personal vehicle to travel between assigned properties.
