Penticton and District Society for Community Living (PDSCL) is a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting people with diverse abilities in Penticton and surrounding communities. We provide support and services for people with intellectual disabilities, seniors, low-income adults, families, and persons facing homelessness.
This is a Temporary Full Time (40hr) Floater position reporting to the appropriate Coordinator; the candidate will work shifts in various areas to cover sick leave, vacation requests and/or other staffing concerns.
This floater position will be assigned 40 hours Monday to Friday between 7:30 am and 6:00 pm but will have a variable schedule working between Staffed Living (Outreach), Inclusion programs, PALS, Day Services and Youth programmes.
The 40 hours each week between 7:00 am to 6:00 pm are guaranteed hours. The position will be full time for the successful candidate who will FLOAT amongst the departments.
