PERMANENT CONTRACT | £16,476 TO £16,768 PER ANNUM (SCALE F/G) | 19 HOURS PER WEEK | COUNTY HALL, NORWICH

This is an exciting opportunity to join our service. The Emergency Duty Team (EDT) is a small bespoke service that responds to emergencies out of hours.
We are looking for an enthusiastic Assistant Practitioner with a proven experience of working within social care. The Assistant Practitioners work over a 6 week rolling rota including weekends, evenings and bank holidays. The role will involve carrying out assessments and care and support planning under the Care Act 2014.
