We are recruiting a Supported Internship Administrator to work in our Kingston office on a part time basis (22.5 hours per week).

Responsibilities
  • Coordinating administration duties, including but not limited to processing application and claims paper work, inputting learner information on to databases, processing invoices and keeping up to date records for reporting purposes.
  • Supporting the Programme Coordinator in adhering to deadlines for EHCP reviews
  • Monitoring and updating the team with regards to licences, training and insurance
  • Responding to queries from parents/carers and local authorities
