Support Worker (Male Only) – Full Time Days & Nights – Peterborough PE1
Rate: £13.50 per hour
Location: Peterborough
Hours: Full-Time, 8am-8pm, 8pm-8am, 7 days per week
Gender Requirement: Male applicants only (Occupational Requirement – Equality Act 2010)
We are currently seeking committed and compassionate male support workers to join our team, providing support for a male client with complex mental health issues.

About the Role:

• Supporting the client in accessing the local community
• Working in a person-centred way to encourage independence and engagement in daily activities living and maintaining home.
• Prompting with cleaning, washing and basic cooking tasks and supporting routine development
• Ensuring safety and consistency across all shifts, both day and night

Requirements:

• Previous experience supporting individuals with mental health conditions.
• Comfortable working in a team providing 1:1 support
• Basic cooking skills
• Understanding of person-centred care approaches
• Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations
• 2 years experience in Care.
• Drivers are preferred.
