It’s the smallest things that can often make the biggest difference. Here at Salisbury Support Services, we know it’s our privilege and passion to care for people - supporting them to live with dignity and promoting independence as well as stimulation to their minds. We also encourage our service users to access the community either independently or with support as needed, this can include planning day trips to their preferred destinations alongside exciting, desired holidays.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are searching for professional, dedicated and experienced (preferred however not essential) Support Workers to create the best possible lives for our service users and support for their families. Open-mindedness along with great communication skills are must as well as the ability to work well within a team or own initiative.
A Full UK Driving Licence would be advantageous for this role.
