Zero Three Care Homes are looking for enthusiastic and compassionate individuals with the want to make a difference to others to join our team. We support young adults with Learning Disabilities and/or Autism living within our Supported Living apartment complex.

• Make a difference to those living within our apartment accommodation by supporting them with their day to day lives.
• Support with accessing the community, cinema trips, theme parks, concerts and more!
• Personal care – everyone is different with the levels of personal care they require, all training for this is provided.
• Training – we do a mixture of online and face-to-face training, ensuring that everyone receives the most up to date training courses.
• Career progression - all of our Home Managers, Deputy Managers and Seniors joined us as Support Workers. We support you throughout your career progression.
• If you drive - work cars are provided while on shift
