We operate a range of supported living services in the Erith and Thamesmead areas, with up to seven staff members on duty daily. The individuals we support are primarily younger adult males with varying support needs, including 2:1 and 1:1 staffing ratios. Many of them present behaviours that may challenge and fall under the categories of learning disabilities, autism, and mental health conditions.
We need trained staff in supporting individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and challenging behaviour, including de-escalation techniques, who are local and available to step in when needed? We’re looking for providers with the capacity to offer both 1:1 and 2:1 support across waking nights, sleep-in shifts, and 8am–8pm day shifts, including the ability to respond to emergency or short-notice cover requests.

Pay: £12.21-£16.00 per hour
