• Lead your team on-shift, ensuring outstanding practice.
• Champion the principles of “nothing about me without me” in support planning and delivery.
• Provide leadership in Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) and use behavioural data to improve care.
• Support ‘R’ in his active and adventurous lifestyle, including activities such as walking, paddleboarding, and zip wiring.
• Help create and maintain structure and routine, ensuring ‘R’ feels secure and supported.
• Facilitate sensory diets, use visual aids to enhance communication, and engage ‘R’ in his community.
• Collaborate with colleagues, external partners, and support networks to provide person-centred support.
