Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As the first point of contact for our supporters, you’ll provide outstanding customer service across phone, email, and web enquiries. You’ll ensure every interaction is handled with gratitude, efficiency, and professionalism.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Responding to supporter enquiries and processing donations
  • Maintaining accurate data on our fundraising database
  • Writing supporter communications
  • Supporting complaint resolution and complex queries
  • Assisting with reporting and charity platform oversight
  • Collaborating across teams to enhance the supporter journey
