Come and be a part of our exciting journey at Chichester District Council. In response to the national cost of living increase we have created a new team to provide holistic support and advice to customers identified and presenting with financial vulnerability.
We are seeking a new Supporting You Officers to deliver this support. This will include income maximisation, debt advice, employment advice, budgeting support and advice and supported referrals into a range of internal and external support services aimed at improving the overall financial wellbeing of customers who are financially vulnerable. This support will be delivered in a variety of ways, including over the phone, by email, via Teams, face-to-face and you will be required to attend and travel to community events in Chichester as well as rural areas of the district
