Description Under the direct supervision of the Supportive Housing Manager, this position is responsible for providing administrative, programmatic, and clinical coordination and supervision of CASA’s Recovery Support Services, including Supportive Housing, Areyto Apartments, Pilots, Noble House, and Recovery House. The role also works collaboratively with the team to facilitate both clinical and non-clinical services, as well as the referral and placement process for individuals eligible for these programs. Requirements BA preferred but not required. Minimum of three years of professional experience in case management with individuals and groups, including a background in therapeutic services within a chemical dependency treatment setting. Two years’ minimum supervisory experience. Bilingual preferred (Spanish). Strong sense of responsibility and a commitment to the mission of ending homelessness. Demonstrate an understanding of case management principles as well as the dynamics of chemical dependency and mental health recovery including knowledge of resources for individuals experiencing mental health and substance use challenges. Must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Must have a valid driver’s license and vehicle.
