* Ensure the temple reflects the beauty, cleanliness, and sacred nature of the temple experience. * Maintain standards established by the First Presidency. * Train, motivate, and supervise a crew of full and/or part-time custodians or volunteers. * Assist in custodial work to assure that church buildings are clean and orderly at all times. * Typically responsible for up to 40,000 square feet. * Typcially supervises a crew of up to 8 employees. Responsibilities
Supervise and train a crew of custodians and volunteers to maintain the cleanliness and sacred nature of the temple. Ensure the facility meets established standards and assist in direct custodial work for areas up to 40,000 square feet.
