* Ensure the temple reflects the beauty, cleanliness, and sacred nature of the temple experience. * Maintain standards established by the First Presidency. * Train, motivate, and supervise a crew of full and/or part-time custodians or volunteers. * Assist in custodial work to assure that church buildings are clean and orderly at all times. * Typically responsible for up to 40,000 square feet. * Typcially supervises a crew of up to 8 employees. Responsibilities
