Surface and Mill Electrician – 2026-091  Eldorado Gold Saskatchewan | Foran (TSX:ELD) We are hiring multiple Surface and Mill Electrician to join our expanding McIlvenna Bay team. This is a full-time position based at the McIlvenna Bay site working a 14/14 rotation. This is a Camp-based position with travel support. Eldorado Gold Saskatchewan | Foran is advancing the McIlvenna Bay project, a cornerstone asset and one of the most significant copper development projects in Canada. With commercial production expected in mid-2026, this world-class deposit contains copper, zinc, gold, and silver – key metals for the global transition to green energy. The Surface and Mill Electrician is responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting electrical systems and equipment in surface facilities, including the mill, processing plant, workshops, and other surface infrastructure. This role involves working with motors, pumps, conveyors, substations, lighting, PLCs, and other control systems essential to mineral processing and surface operations. The Electrician ensures all electrical work is performed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with regulatory standards and site-specific procedures. They also support preventative maintenance programs to minimize downtime and ensure continuous, safe plant operations. Job Responsibilities: * Diagnose electrical issues and implement prompt solutions to minimize downtime. * Respond to electrical emergencies and take immediate corrective actions. * Follow safety protocols and electrical regulations to ensure a safe work environment. * Inspect systems and equipment regularly to identify and prevent issues. * Work with engineering and management on electrical projects, upgrades, and installs. * Maintain accurate records of maintenance, inspections, and repairs. * Stay informed on best practices, new technologies, and safety updates. * Communicate effectively with team members, management, and stakeholders. Job Qualifications and Skills: * Journeyperson Electrical certification required. *  3+ years of experience in mining or heavy industry. * Strong knowledge of electrical systems and equipment used in mining. * Solid understanding of electrical safety regulations and best practices. * Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving electrical issues. * Adaptable to fast-paced, changing environments. * Familiar with mining-specific regulations and electrical codes. * Experience with commissioning and start-up in mining or similar industries Compensation and Benefits:  Our comprehensive benefits package includes: * Competitive Hourly Rate: : $55.80/ hr with an additional 10% annual bonus * 100% Employer paid Health, Dental, Vision, Life and Long-term disability Insurance * RRSP with company match * Camp-based position with travel support   Eldorado Gold Saskatchewan is committed to building a skilled and diverse workforce as we move into our next phase of growth.
