We are looking for a creative and technically skilled SURFACE PATTERN DESIGNER/ILLUSTRATOR to join our team at Oinofyta, Viotia The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, refining, and preparing surface patterns and visual concepts for façade, panel and gravure roller. This role combines strong design expertise, creative thinking, and confident use of AI tools to create innovative designs that meet industrial production standards. Responsibilities Create and develop original surface patterns, textures, and visual designs for industrial applications Enhance and update existing designs and image libraries Utilize AI tools for pattern development, texture generation, upscaling, and retouching Ensure compatibility of designs with our production process Conduct quality control checks before production, ensuring color accuracy and texture precision Collaborate closely with Production, R&D, Marketing teams and Suppliers on new product development projects Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design/Illustration, Interior Design, Fine Arts (Applied Arts), or a related field Strong portfolio demonstrating experience in surface patterns, textures, and advanced photo editing 2+ years of experience in Visual & Surface Design, preferably within an industrial or manufacturing environment Excellent command of English (written and verbal) Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) Hands-on experience with AI tools for image and texture generation Solid understanding of image processes, production workflows, color theory, design creation, control and execution Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of color management and technical production specifications Academic background or certifications related to AI applications in design Skills Creative mindset with openness to innovation and emerging technologies Keen on learning and expanding skills Strong technical ability with attention to detail Team-oriented with excellent communication skills, especially when collaborating with technical departments Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively Capability to translate creative ideas into production-ready, applicable designs Benefits Competitive remuneration package Private health insurance plan for employees and family members Daily meal at company facilities Vouchers for purchases from supermarkets Company bus service to/from selected areas (Evia, Viotia, Attica) Continuous learning and development opportunities Our people are the key to our success.
