JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Bilingual Sales Representative to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess a strong ability to connect with clients in both English and Spanish. The Bilingual Sales Representative will be responsible for driving sales growth through effective communication, relationship building, and strategic account management. The ideal candidate will have experience in outside sales, business development, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

EXPERIENCE

  • Background in sales is a plus.
  • Demonstrated success in account management and territory management is a plus.
  • Familiarity with CRM software is highly desirable.
  • Willing and open to learning a script and utilizing it on every customer visit.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish are required.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess customer needs and provide effective solutions.
  • A background in business development is advantageous but not mandatory. Responsibilities
  • Engage in outside sales activities to generate new business opportunities and expand existing accounts.
  • Conduct lead generation through cold “drop-in” visits, networking, and referrals to build a robust sales pipeline.
  • Manage customer accounts by building relationships with key figures at properties and understanding how they deal with repairs.
  • Utilize CRM software to track leads, manage sales activities, and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Walk vacant units to identify damage and educate customers on how we can help with repairs.
  • Understand the pricing model and eventually be self-reliant on providing quotes.
  • Be the main POC post-sale/repair and continuously looking to book more work.
