Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and adaptable individual to manage our surface treatments across Cambridgeshire, Northamptonshire, Leicestershire, and Norfolk. This role will involve regular travel and direct customer interaction, so strong communication skills and a commitment to providing excellent service are key.

REQUIREMENTS:

• A clean and valid driver’s license (required for travel to service locations).
• Experience working outdoors (ideally in a related field, but not required).
• Previous customer service experience with strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
• Adaptability and a willingness to learn new skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in various weather conditions and outdoor environments.
• Preferable to already have PA1 & PA6 licenses

• Oversee and manage our various surface treatments, ensuring quality and timely service delivery.
• Travel throughout the designated areas to perform services, ensuring efficient route management.
• Communicate with customers about their needs and ensure they are satisfied with the services provided.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during service delivery.
• Ensure proper equipment maintenance and safety protocols are followed at all times.
• Document service completion and update customer records as necessary.
• The right candidate will also assist with our robotic mower service. Installations, maintenance, and customer satisfaction.
