Opportunities for advancement in specialty veterinary medicine Continuing education and cross-training opportunities Employee appreciation events and team-focused culture What You’ll Do As a Surgery Appointment Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting patients from consultation through recovery: Safely restrain patients for exams and procedures using low-stress techniques Obtain and document accurate patient histories and medical records Review referral records, diagnostics, and imaging for completeness Coordinate scheduling and support daily surgical workflow Admit and discharge patients according to hospital protocols Communicate clearly and compassionately with clients Generate estimates, enter charges, and ensure accurate invoicing Assist with diagnostic testing and recheck appointments Support operating room setup, patient preparation, and anesthetic induction Maintain aseptic technique and organized surgical spaces Collaborate with surgical and specialty teams to ensure seamless care Who Are We Looking For?
