ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re seeking an experienced veterinary nurse to work closely with our Clinic Manager and Client Services Area Leader in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our surgery team. You’ll also play a key role in mentoring junior nurses, supported by our Nurse Educator and a network of Area Leaders across the group.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Train and mentor junior nurses in line with tailored training plans
• Ensure compliance with company standards of care and customer service
• Manage daily schedules, including surgery allocations and staff coordination
• Identify operational issues and recommend improvements
